As a Lab Technician II, you independently execute testing across HVAC, Hearth, and Grills product lines. You generate accurate data, troubleshoot performance issues, and support certification outcomes. The work includes product improvement, field issue resolution, and cross-functional engineering collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Execute performance, safety, and validation testing
Analyze data and identify design risks
Troubleshoot instrumentation, setups, and product performance
Lead assigned certification testing activities
Build and modify prototype units
Requirements: Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent practical experience
Typically three to seven years of relevant experience
Solid testing and measurement techniques understanding
Excel experience for data analysis and reporting
G3, WETT, or ODP certification, or ability to obtain
Apply HVAC testing, data analysis, and engineering fundamentals as an independent technical contributor at Napoleon’s Barrie lab.
