Neighbourly Pharmacy seeks a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations and support high-quality patient care. The position combines regulatory compliance, dispensing, compounding, counseling, inventory, scheduling, and staff development. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals and the Front Store team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team
Oversee dispensing, inventory, compounding, and clinical care
Maintain regulatory compliance and effective team communication
Conduct performance reviews and support recruitment and training
Manage P&L; statements and operational targets
Requirements: Licensed and in positive standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists
Current injection certification
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
Collaborative mindset for team-based pharmacy practice
Bring pharmacy leadership, clinical care, and operational management skills to Remedy's Rx and Neighbourly Pharmacy in Espanola.
