Lead Phoenix’s growth creative as a Senior Graphic Designer using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and data-driven design in downtown Toronto.
This senior role shapes visual campaigns across Phoenix’s marketing initiatives. You will partner with Growth, Creative, and Product teams on digital-first creative. Your work will support performance, storytelling, and Phoenix’s mission to make specialist healthcare more accessible.
Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and launch ads, landing pages, motion graphics, and social assets
Develop visual language for Phoenix growth campaigns
Turn performance insights into design strategy
Maintain a scalable creative library by product, audience, and use case
Mentor junior designers and guide agency partners
Requirements: Five or more years as a visual or marketing designer
Deep experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Motion or web design skills are a strong plus
Ability to blend creativity with performance results
Experience with digital-first, consumer-facing brands preferred
Bring performance-focused design, visual storytelling, and cooperative leadership to Phoenix’s growth marketing work in Toronto.
