Key Responsibilities: Conduct bilingual intake conversations by phone or video
Guide clients toward therapists matching their needs
Manage email, phone, and live chat communications
Coordinate schedules, waitlists, sessions, and consultations
Support video rooms, billing, insurance,



and daily handoffs
Requirements: Fluency in written and spoken English and French
Five or more years in healthcare or client care
Experience supporting vulnerable populations or mental health services
Strong multitasking, communication, scheduling, and troubleshooting abilities
Weekend and midweek evening availability through 8 PM Pacific Time
