STRIVE is recruiting a Licensed 421A Heavy Equipment Mechanic for a well-established industrial operation serving environmental and agricultural production. The hands-on maintenance role involves heavy mobile equipment, preventative maintenance, welding, fabrication, and repair documentation. The mechanic will support safety-focused operations.
Key Responsibilities: Service screeners, grinders, bulldozers, and front-end loaders
Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and operational issues
Complete preventative maintenance to manufacturer specifications
Repair parts using hand and power tools




Prioritize repairs and minimize equipment downtime
Requirements: Valid 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License
Three-plus years in industrial, construction, or heavy equipment environments
Experience with hydraulics, welding, fabrication, and preventative maintenance
Valid G Class Driver’s License
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors
