As a Field Operations Associate, you will support both KeepStock and Branch functions in a particular market. You will work onsite at a Grainger Canada branch and travel to customer accounts. The work combines customer service, sales activity, inventory support, order entry, and product handling.
Key Responsibilities: Serve customers at branches and customer sites
Select products, enter orders, and process transactions
Pick, load, stock, and replenish products safely
Scan inventory and maintain accurate customer quantities
Resolve problems and document customer procedures
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
One or more years in retail, selling, or customer service
Valid provincial driver's license required upon hire
Ability to operate powered industrial equipment and forklifts safely
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bring customer service, product knowledge, inventory accuracy, and safe operations to Grainger’s hybrid branch and field work.
