Reporting to the Director, Career Education, you will support undergraduate and graduate learners. You will co-design developmental programming, coach students and alumni, and connect academic learning with professional identity. Your work applies career development theory, design thinking, and future-of-work insights across modalities and jurisdictions.

Integrate employer insights into coaching and programming

Requirements: Master’s degree in Education or related field
Experience in career coaching, student success, or leadership development
Knowledge of Life Design, design thinking, and career theory
Workshop, curriculum, and digital learning resource experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and virtual presentation tools
Bring learner-centred coaching, curriculum design, and equity-focused practice to Yorkville’s evolving Career and Life Design model.
