As a Field Operations Associate, you will support both KeepStock and Branch functions in a particular market. You will work onsite at a Grainger Canada branch and travel to customer accounts. The work combines customer service, sales activity, inventory support, order entry, and product handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve customers at branches and customer sites
- Select products, enter orders, and process transactions
- Pick, load, stock, and replenish products safely
- Scan inventory and maintain accurate customer quantities
- Resolve problems and document customer procedures

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED
- One or more years in retail, selling, or customer service
- Valid provincial driver's license required upon hire
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment and forklifts safely
