As Branch Warehouse Supervisor, you will direct floor-level fulfillment for Cornerstone Building Brands’ Mitten location. The work includes shipping-plan execution, carrier coordination, inventory control, warehouse labor leadership, and issue resolution. Your decisions support customer commitments through accurate, timely physical fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute daily picking, staging, and shipping activities
- Translate approved shipping plans into execution priorities
- Coordinate carrier pickups and outbound logistics execution
- Direct warehouse associates and set performance expectations




- Document root causes and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

- Two to four years in warehouse or distribution operations
- Demonstrated leadership skills and workplace safety commitment
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift materials as required
- Building materials or distribution experience preferred
