Lead distribution operations on a Monday-to-Friday, 3pm-11pm shift using workforce scheduling, KPI tracking, and warehouse management systems. Guide safety, service, and performance across the shift.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor oversees health and safety, operational performance, customer relations, continuous improvement, and people development. This position coordinates labour, production priorities, employee communication, and customer service requirements. Solid distribution experience supports effective decisions throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule labour to meet production goals within budgeted costs
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate relevant employee information
- Prioritize orders for shipments, customers, rush loads,



and deliveries
- Track, analyze, and report departmental performance through KPIs
- Coach employees, administer appraisals, and document disciplinary situations

Requirements:

- Five years of distribution experience
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems
- Computer literacy in Microsoft software
- College diploma in Business Management preferred
