Step into a hands-on Financial Operations Coordinator role within a dynamic manufacturing environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Manage and oversee QuickBooks Online for all accounting tasks, including invoicing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
- Administer and optimize our ERP system, Fulcrum, to streamline inventory management, order processing, production scheduling, and supply chain operations. (ERP implementation in progress.)
- Conduct cost analysis and provide financial oversight of production activities, ensuring productive use of resources.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage purchasing and procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in operational and financial processes.
- Prepare and present financial data to support management decision-making.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of3 years of experiencein financial controlling, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise withQuickBooks Onlineand ERP systems (experience with Fulcrum or similar platforms is considered an asset).
- Strong understanding ofmanufacturing or production shop operations.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
