Champion Petfoods seeks a Product Development Technician supporting wet, fresh, and treats categories. You will execute bench development, prepare samples, maintain documentation, and coordinate testing logistics. The position works three days in person from one of Champion’s kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute prototyping and bench development against project objectives
- Record experimental data, observations, and results accurately
- Prepare materials and support internal trials and pilot activities
- Coordinate palatability sample preparation, shipping, tracking, and logistics




- Maintain development records and centralized SharePoint systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related scientific discipline
- Working knowledge of food development and laboratory techniques
- Knowledge of chemical, biological, and physical testing principles
- Robust organization, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Microsoft Office and document management systems proficiency
