At SE Health, the Business Analyst supports enterprise value delivery through requirements elicitation, process analysis, and solution validation. You will document user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and traceability materials. The work supports project decisions, stakeholder alignment, and intended business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
Document user stories, acceptance criteria, notes, and process maps
Analyze current-state processes, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities




Validate solution designs and workflows with subject matter experts
Support testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation hand-off
Requirements: Zero to two years in business analysis or project delivery support
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline preferred
Robust written, verbal, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage ambiguity while working effectively under guidance
PMI PBA or equivalent certification considered an asset
Apply business requirements, process analysis, and solution validation skills to support accurate enterprise transformation delivery at SE Health.
