You will support a multi-residential community through general upkeep, preventative maintenance, emergency tasks, and resident service requests. The position requires knowledge of HVAC, boilers, pumps, generators, sprinklers, and related building equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain common areas, amenities, facilities, and exterior spaces
Complete scheduled, preventative, and emergency maintenance tasks
Respond promptly to resident requests and minor repairs
Inspect systems and record readings and maintenance activities




Escort contractors and monitor assigned work progress
Requirements: Previous residential, property management, or building operations experience
Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, pumps, generators, and sprinklers
Awareness of Occupational Health and Safety and WHMIS practices
Qualified communication with residents, contractors, and team members
Ability to lift materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
