Lead financial reporting support at Mont Gabriel as Assistant Controller, analyzing accounts, budgets, and statements. Work 100% on-site in Sainte-Adèle, Quebec.
As part of Tidan Hospitality Group and the Tribute Portfolio by Marriott, this Assistant Controller coordinates diverse accounting activities. You will prepare month-end and year-end entries, analyze accounts, produce financial reports, assess actual results against budgets, and validate documentation for financial statements. The position also supports billing, receivables, payroll, and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare month-end and year-end journal entries
Perform account analyses and prepare financial reports
Analyze actual results against budgets and explain variances




Validate documentation supporting financial statement presentations
Contribute to recurring and ad hoc financial projects
Requirements: Accounting DEC or bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and experience
At least five years of relevant experience in a similar role
Proficiency with information technology systems and Microsoft 365
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
