As Store Manager, you will immerse yourself in Pandora’s brand, culture, and products while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will manage Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. The position focuses on commercial targets, talent development, visual merchandising, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities: Coach and inspire sales teams toward individual and store performance
Build genuine customer connections and lasting brand loyalty
Exceed sales goals, KPIs, and commercial targets
Implement visual merchandising and operational processes




Partner with sales and human resources teams on performance issues
Requirements: Three to five years managing stores in high-performance selling environments
Results-oriented leadership and strong written communication skills
Ability to connect with people throughout the organization
Recruiting, retention, development, and succession planning experience
Microsoft Office 365 and retail point-of-sale systems knowledge
