This senior marketing position oversees paid digital strategy for a platform serving healthcare providers and patients. You will guide agency execution, manage a substantial budget, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with marketing, creative, and data teams. The work emphasizes qualified providers, revenue, incrementality, and effective campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee paid media planning and execution for customer acquisition
Use incrementality testing and offline conversion tracking
Evaluate emerging channels, including CTV and LinkedIn
Mentor team members and coordinate external partners




Improve reporting, automation, and creative iteration processes
Requirements: Seven or more years of paid digital campaign management
Knowledge of United States and Canadian healthcare advertising
Experience managing five million dollars or more annually
Exceptional analytical skills with large data sets
