This position delivers skilled nursing care in a specialty medication infusion clinic. You will assess patients, administer IV, SC, and IM medications, monitor treatment outcomes, and provide disease and medication education. The role also supports coordinated care with healthcare providers and safe clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities: Complete pre-treatment assessments and confirm patient treatment eligibility
Establish peripheral or central intravenous access using best practices
Support medication administration and monitor patients throughout treatment
Educate patients about diseases, therapies, and disease management




Maintain records, supplies, protocols, and infection control standards
Requirements: Two to four years of infusion nursing experience
Registered Nurse designation with professional liability insurance
Current provincial College of Registered Nurses membership
