Chipotle provides training for grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations. This Crew position welcomes applicants with restaurant experience or none, including dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, and prep cook backgrounds. Team members prepare real food by hand and create the friendly atmosphere customers expect.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare real food by hand each day
Work across grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service to restaurant guests
Create a friendly atmosphere for customers
Learn restaurant stations through provided training
Requirements: Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
Passion for serving customers and team members
Desire to learn how to cook
At least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the work location’s primary language
Build restaurant experience at Chipotle through customer service, food preparation, station training, and hands-on cooking.
