Brandt seeks a Resident Heavy Equipment Technician for shop-based repair and maintenance of forklift equipment and attachments. The work includes diagnosing machines, ordering parts, documenting service, and using computer systems. Previous heavy equipment mechanical experience and a construction or forestry equipment technician certification are preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, assemble, disassemble, and repair equipment
Maintain forklift equipment and attachments in a shop
Use tools, instruments, equipment, and computer systems safely
Document machine information, actions,



and time on work orders
Order parts and road test equipment as required
Requirements: Previous heavy equipment mechanical experience preferred
Certified journeyperson or equivalent designated trade preferred
Commitment to customer service and service excellence
Effective communication with customers and branch personnel
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Apply mechanical diagnosis, forklift maintenance, parts ordering, and service documentation skills across Estevan and surrounding areas.
