Daily work includes staffing levels, facility and fleet maintenance, safety culture, and collaboration with several departments.
Key Responsibilities: Follow up on stock, inventory, and deliveries
Maintain quality control across warehouse activities
Ensure proper staffing levels for operations
Collaborate with appropriate departments each day
Support excellent customer service and workplace safety
Requirements: Five-plus years of warehouse experience
Two-plus years supervising warehouse personnel
Excellent communication and organization skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Building materials experience is a bonus
