This Industrial Millwright / Mechanical Fitter assignment supports Wood’s Operations team in the oil and gas petrochemical industry. The casual or temporary position operates on an as-needed call-out basis, with twelve-hour workdays. Activities follow drawings and specifications while conditions may include noise, confined spaces, heights, and extreme temperatures.
Key Responsibilities: Repair stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical equipment during offshore operations
Install machinery according to drawings and specifications




Maintain equipment supporting petrochemical industry activities
Execute planned millwright activities on site
Requirements: Mechanical fitter or industrial millwright experience
Availability for as-needed offshore call-out assignments
Ability to work twelve-hour daily shifts
Ability to work in noisy conditions
Completion of required site-specific testing
Support Hibernia Platform operations through mechanical fitting, equipment repair, machinery troubleshooting, and maintenance expertise.
