The Property Administrator at CT REIT provides day-to-day administrative support to the Property Management Team. Reporting to the Property Manager, you handle A/R, A/P processing, rent roll reviews, tenant liaison, and budget assistance.
You will review P.O.s, manage supplier invoices, monitor service contracts, arrears collections, and assist in monthly budget variances and forecasts while ensuring timely tenant billings and transparent communications with tenants and accountants.
