This regular full-time analyst role supports Claims bordereau submissions across Canada, excluding Quebec. Working with senior Claims professionals, you will maintain upload templates, validate data, and improve established workflows. The position helps ensure accurate processing, operational efficiency, and business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and enhance upload tool templates
- Validate claims data and reserve setup accuracy
- Resolve discrepancies with brokers and MGAs
- Test and troubleshoot upload issues
- Document workflows and recommend process enhancements

Requirements:

- College diploma and 2–4 years’ relevant experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Large dataset and detailed data analysis experience
- Commercial insurance and Claims knowledge
- Solid communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
