Serve MutualONE policyholders through insurance expertise and customer service in a adaptable hybrid role supporting Southwestern Ontario operations. Travel is required.

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will support Agency Teams alongside Agents and Underwriters. You will gain exposure to multiple insurance lines while managing renewals, coverage explanations, policy changes, and customer relationships. This role is based through MutualONE offices in Ilderton and Seaforth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to inquiries and explain coverage options
- Conduct Personal Lines renewal reviews and ITV calculations
- Manage expiry lists and accurate policy renewals
- Prepare Commercial and Farm renewal packages
- Generate certificates,

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of insurance industry experience
- OTL or RIBO license with transition willingness
- Valid Ontario driver's license and required travel availability
- College diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
