CMHA BC Division is seeking an Events Specialist to coordinate two signature events: the Compassionate Minds Luncheon in April and the Bottom Line Conference in October, ensuring plans, timelines and budgets are followed.
You will liaise with speakers, donors and vendors, manage venues, catering and AV, and prepare run-of-show materials. The role is full time in Greater Vancouver with hybrid arrangements and occasional evenings.
