Turn Excel data into insights as an SAP intern supporting project management, reporting, event coordination, and AI-assisted automation.

This full time internship supports SAP’s Strategic Programs & Events team from January through August 2027. You will coordinate live project and event priorities, build reporting dashboards, and improve workflows while gaining cross-functional exposure. The experience includes mentorship and real goals connected to SAP’s global engineering community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate activities across project and event workstreams
- Document key activities and maintain project information
- Build dashboards tracking event progress and outcomes
- Develop templates supporting efficient event planning




- Explore automation and AI process improvements

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in third-year or fourth-year university studies
- Study Computer Science, Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration
- Use Excel and Power BI for data insights
- Communicate clearly across writing and group discussions
- Adapt quickly when priorities shift
