Support financial forecasting and reporting for ATS Life Sciences Service operations across Canada, the United Kingdom, and global teams.
This Financial Analyst supports Service Leadership and Project Management with weekly forecasting, revenue tracking, month-end reporting, and operational analysis. The position maintains accurate financial information, monitors project revenue, costs, and margins, and assists stakeholders across regional and global operations. Advanced Excel/VBA and ERP knowledge are central requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly bookings, revenue, and gross margin reports
Support weekly and monthly forecasting processes
Track revenue performance and identify key variances
Partner with Project Managers on project financial updates




Consolidate and validate financial data from multiple sources
Requirements: University degree or college diploma in business or accounting
Three to five years of analytical accounting experience preferred
Advanced ERP knowledge, preferably JD Edwards
Advanced Excel and VBA knowledge required
Robust analytical, accounting, and financial reporting skills
Bring analytical accounting, forecasting, and advanced Excel/VBA skills to ATS Life Sciences financial operations and reporting.
