As a Personal Support Worker, you will help patients maintain independence within their homes and communities. Your work includes personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship. You will contribute to ParaMed’s home health care services while following each patient’s care plan.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with skin, hair, and oral care
Support bathing, toileting, and peri-care activities
Prepare nutritious meals, snacks, and special diets
Complete basic housekeeping tasks for patients
Provide companionship supporting patients’ quality of life
Requirements: Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
Compassionate approach when interacting with patients
Reliability and flexibility in daily care
Valid driver license and vehicle access
