Lead corporate accounting for Conwest with ASPE expertise and advanced Excel skills across Greater Vancouver’s development portfolio. The role supports corporate and IPP entities.
As Senior Accountant, you will own assigned entities through month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. You will prepare financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and analysis. The position also supports treasury, cash management, tax, audits, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements, working papers, and supporting schedules
Review journal entries, accruals, amortization, and intercompany transactions
Reconcile bank, loan, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts
Analyze variances against budgets and forecasts




Support treasury operations, cash forecasts, and intercompany funding
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
Five or more years of progressive accounting experience
Solid knowledge of ASPE and close processes
Advanced Excel and ERP or accounting systems experience
CPA designation or enrollment preferred
Bring accounting judgment, reconciliation expertise, and financial analysis skills to Conwest’s corporate and income producing property entities.
