As a Coordinator within MCI Canada’s Consulting & Community Solutions team, you will support national and international associations. Your work spans administration, membership, governance, finance, databases, communications, and marketing. You will also contribute to conference delivery and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities: Support association administration, membership, governance, finance, and database management
Oversee membership, registration, CRM, sponsorship, and communications technology systems
Prepare documents, reports, templates, user manuals, and meeting minutes
Coordinate conference logistics, speakers, venues, sponsors, exhibitors, and communications




Maintain timelines, registration systems, checklists, and event documentation
Requirements: Minimum two years of relevant industry, association, event, hospitality, or nonprofit experience
Degree or diploma in business, administration, hospitality, event management, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to travel in Canada and internationally when necessary
