Key Responsibilities: Manage committed files until broker conditions are satisfied
Request solicitor and funding conditions information from brokers
Review documents against mortgage commitment conditions
Verify employment letters,



income, and down payment
Audit files before advancing and correct information
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
One year of mortgage experience preferred
Competency in Microsoft Office
Capacity to learn new technologies and systems
Ability to manage repetitive computer-based work
