As a Phonics Teacher, you will design and deliver lessons that develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing. You will create an interactive classroom environment, communicate with parents, and support children’s confidence. The role reports to the Program Lead and requires English teaching expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate phonics lessons
Encourage English speaking, listening, reading, and writing practice
Foster positive, inclusive classroom learning environments
Build connections with parents and guardians




Attend curriculum training and career development opportunities
Requirements: Native English language ability required
Current or prior elementary English teaching experience required
Diploma or degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field
Understanding of phonics instruction and early literacy development
Flexibility for mornings, afternoons, and weekends
Bring phonics expertise, patience, and strong interpersonal skills to help DoodleMinds children build lasting English literacy confidence.
