Protect TJX Canada stores in Mississauga through theft prevention, CCTV surveillance, and customer-focused security support. This is a 12-month contract based at 60 Standish Court.
As a Loss Prevention Store Security Agent, you will help create a safe, secure, and welcoming retail environment. Support Store Investigators, detect theft and fraud, operate CCTV, and collaborate with Organized Retail Crime Investigators. You will also report incidents and assist investigations involving internal dishonesty, supply-chain losses, and external offenders.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and respond to pedestal alarms in uniform
Detect and prevent theft and fraud against TJX stores
Assist Store Investigators during suspect apprehensions and prosecutions




Conduct CCTV surveillance and floor walking throughout stores
Report incidents and support internal and supply-chain investigations
Requirements: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience
Provincial security license required for employment
Retail loss prevention, military, security, or law enforcement experience encouraged
Valid driver's license preferred, varying by market
Access to a vehicle and valuable driving record preferred
Bring security, surveillance, and investigation skills to TJX Canada while supporting customers, Associates, and store assets.
