Key Responsibilities: Maintain a personal lines book of business
Inform clients about insurance options and coverage details
Review renewals, recommendations, and comparison quotes
Process policy changes, claims, notices, and cancellations
Document client conversations and attachments in EPIC
Requirements: Minimum three years of insurance experience
Required R.I.B.O. qualification
Preferably pursuing C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designation
Solid interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and EPIC
Use personal lines expertise, renewal review, and EPIC proficiency to support clients and business growth as Account Manager.
