As a Claims Adjuster 2, you will manage moderate to high complexity property claims from initial report through conclusion. The work includes policy interpretation, coverage decisions, investigations, reserves, settlements, and vendor coordination. You will communicate with members and internal stakeholders across Canada in English.
Key Responsibilities: Adjust moderate to high complexity commercial property claims
Review policy wordings and communicate coverage decisions
Investigate claims, determine liability, and collect recovery evidence
Establish reserves using appraiser and contractor information




Negotiate settlements within authority limits and document files
Requirements: One to two years of insurance adjusting experience
Exceptional customer service skills demonstrating empathy
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and database software
Ability to interpret and quantify property damage estimates
Solid investigative, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Bring policy interpretation, property investigation, and settlement skills to deliver consistent claims service for Wawanesa members across Canada.
