Lead wall panel production in Winnipeg with Star Building Materials, coordinating safe manufacturing, schedules, workflows, and field installation support. This onsite role requires reliable transportation.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Production Manager oversees accurate, efficient, and protected wall panel manufacturing. You will guide Production and Field teams, coordinate assembly teams, and improve processes, tools, and infrastructure. The work includes customer technical support, inventory planning, and production scheduling.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, supervise, and guide Production and Field team members
Plan production priorities, schedules, workflows, and required production times
Coordinate field installation for wall panels, floors, and trusses
Monitor efficiency, job flow,



bottlenecks, and production issues
Oversee machinery, technological tools, infrastructure, and capital programs
Requirements: Minimum three years of production or manufacturing management experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle access
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Satisfactory criminal record check and driver’s abstract
Bring production leadership, scheduling, safety, and installation coordination experience to Star Building Materials’ Winnipeg operations.
