You will coach department leaders, strengthen accountability, and support operational, financial, and customer service performance. Airtech serves heating, cooling, ventilation, and metal fabrication markets.
Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership aligned with company vision and objectives
Coach, mentor, and develop department leaders
Build relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and partners
Lead organizational planning, change, and growth initiatives




Monitor performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements: Seven or more years of progressive senior leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
Experience developing high-performing leaders and teams
Strong business, budgeting, planning, and performance metrics understanding
Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and clean driving abstract
