This Personal Banking Associate position supports TD Canada Trust customers with daily advice, service transactions, and financial needs. You will guide customers toward appropriate staff, banking solutions, and investment advice. The work includes digital banking education, confidential issue resolution, and accurate branch processes.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking

Complete accurate processes and documentation under regulations
Requirements: High School diploma or one year relevant experience
Complete Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
