As General Manager, you will lead all operations for a high-volume automotive dealership serving southern Essex County. You will develop strategies for profitability and growth, strengthen customer retention, and support employee engagement. Manufacturer compliance and brand integrity remain central to the work. Five-plus years of automotive management experience preferred Success improving profitability and underperforming departments Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred Solid communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership systems Use proven automotive management, budgeting, and people leadership skills to guide Leamington GM’s dealership operations and growth.
