Senior Solutions Designer – Oracle Siebel CRM / Adobe AEM

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Designer to design and deliver enterprise solutions aligned with business requirements and technical standards.

- 7+ years of experience designing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies.
- Strong expertise in developing business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and functional design documents.
- Experience developing high-level application flows, detailed process flows, use cases, and business rules.
- Hands‑on experience with UI/UX design, wireframes, screen mockups, and high‑fidelity prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Robust understanding of WCAG/AODA accessibility, user research, usability testing,



user personas, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience creating and maintaining business architecture artefacts, application screen flows, and CRUD matrices.
- Proficiency in test strategies, UAT planning, test cases, change management, and Rational Unified Process (RUP).
- Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Nice to Have: Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)/Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) and Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model experience.
