Neighbourly Pharmacy seeks a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations and support high-quality patient care. The position combines regulatory compliance, dispensing, compounding, counseling, inventory, scheduling, and staff development. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals and the Front Store team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team
- Oversee dispensing, inventory, compounding, and clinical care
- Maintain regulatory compliance and effective team communication
- Conduct performance reviews and support recruitment and training
- Manage P&L; statements and operational targets

Requirements:

- Licensed and in good standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Current injection certification
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- Team-oriented mindset for team-based pharmacy practice
