Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto seeks a Registered Practical Nurse to provide total care for a group of residents within a Primary Nursing model. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-focused care and support residents with dementia.

Required are Ontario RPN registration and BCLS, plus experience in Long Term Care and solid assessment and communication skills. Proficiency with basic computer use is expected.
