Coordinate fleet repairs and vendor services as a Sublet Coordinator in North York, using Microsoft Excel and Outlook daily. This six-month contract runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Seaboard seeks a Sublet Coordinator to support safe, operational equipment across all divisions. You will manage purchase orders, outside repairs, compliance issues, and daily communications. The work involves collaborating with General Managers, Operations Managers, Dispatch, drivers, shop managers, and vendors to restore equipment promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Approve purchase order requests and enter purchase orders
- Respond to breakdowns across all divisions during workdays
- Manage outside vendor repairs and coordinate services




- Update Retorque reports and address PNET down issues
- Provide accurate daily updates to key stakeholders

Requirements:

- Post-secondary business or engineering education
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficiency-focused
- Robust written and oral communication skills
- Transportation experience or maintenance background is an asset
