Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations and team performance. You will monitor KPIs, manage inventory, and contribute to customer service, merchandising, hiring, onboarding, and training. The position also supports scheduling, omnichannel initiatives, and store goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and motivate the team on the sales floor
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and prioritize satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs and recommend actions supporting store goals
- Manage inventory, compliance, procedures, and daily operations




- Maintain visual presentation standards and optimize product displays

Requirements:

- Two or more years supervising retail or customer-focused teams
- Solid organization, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to lead teams toward objectives
- Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma and flexible evening, weekend, holiday availability
