The Licensed Practical Nurse provides skilled nursing services to designated residents within Care and Services. Duties include independent nursing, prescribed medical treatments, health care team collaboration, and resident care and discharge coordination. This 0.4 FTE term assignment currently runs nights from 23:15 to 07:30.
Key Responsibilities: Provide independent practical nursing services to designated residents
Administer prescribed medical treatments according to practice standards
Collaborate and interact within the health care team




Coordinate resident care and discharge activities
Prioritize, delegate, and monitor resident care outcomes
Requirements: Current active practicing registration with CLPNM
Graduate of an approved practical nursing education program
Current CPR certificate
Bilingual French and English communication ability, where required
Satisfactory vulnerable sector and Adult Abuse Registry checks
Support Actionmarguerite residents through practical nursing, critical thinking, communication, and coordinated overnight care services.
