As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will serve as a brand ambassador while aligning career aspirations with recruitment needs. Collaborate with business and HR partners on sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and recruitment updates. Support enterprise cohort hiring and high-volume programs while using data to influence hiring approaches.

Use analytics to provide timely recruitment updates
Requirements: Five or more years of recruitment experience in corporate or agency settings
Proven passive candidate sourcing across social media platforms
Experience managing more than 25 high-volume job requisitions
Human Resources, Business, or related post-secondary diploma
Knowledge of provincial employment, human rights, and privacy legislation
