Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a strong broker network
Train brokers and support relationship development

Requirements: Five-plus years initiating, presenting, and closing sales
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Robust business acumen and negotiation skills
Ontario life insurance licensing within ninety days
Valid driver’s license and overnight travel availability
