This technician position provides administrative support to Desjardins components within Investment Products Operations Management. You will research processes, information management, and data processing while serving as a technical expert. The work includes supporting unit activities, initiatives, processes, business solutions, tools, and systems.
Key Responsibilities: Support projects and complex operational issues technically
Conduct specialized technical studies, research, and analysis




Recommend solutions and action plans as a resource person
Prepare technical notes for users and teams
Support current product and tool implementation
Requirements: College diploma in a related field
At least three years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French
Advanced English proficiency, level 5
Availability for scheduled Monday-to-Friday rotations
