This Maintenance Supervisor position oversees maintenance operations, planning, and reliability initiatives. You will support safe, productive, cost-effective plant performance while directing Millwrights, Electricians, and other maintenance tradespeople. The work spans brewing, packaging, logistics, and facility operations.
Key Responsibilities: Plan schedules, resources, work sequences, and maintenance costs
Maintain preventive maintenance programs and execute schedules effectively
Supervise tradespeople and provide technical direction
Lead safety initiatives and contractor compliance
Support budgets, capital projects, procurement,



and plant operations
Requirements: Valid trade license, engineering degree, or equivalent experience
At least five years of related maintenance experience
Two years supervising multidisciplinary trades teams in unionized environments
Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
Strong Microsoft Office, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
